Changes to the 2020 Toyota Camry

The biggest update to the 2020 Toyota Camry is the new TRD trim, which adds a sportier touch to handling, braking, and the exhaust system, and comes standard with the 3.5-liter V6. This trim also gets a stiffer chassis and suspension, 19-inch alloy wheels that are lighter, and red seat belts for some interior flash.

Safety Tech

Among the safety features of the 2020 Toyota Camry is the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection that warns you of frontal hits with another vehicle or person. If you do not react in time, it supports automatic braking to prevent an accident. Lane Departure Warning alerts you to road drift and moves you back in line with Steering Assist.

Top Trim Options

You can choose from more than 12 trims for the 2020 Toyota Camry, beginning with the L and ending with the XSE V6. This top trim comes with a panoramic glass roof that contains a power tilting-and-sliding moonroof up front. Its Audio Plus system comes with nine speakers that include a subwoofer amplifier.

Awards for 2019

At Glockner Toyota, we can start the 2019 award list for the Toyota Camry with the Editors' Choice Award from Car and Driver. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave its top Five-Star Overall Safety Rating and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety called the vehicle a Top Safety Pick+.
