2019 Toyota RAV4

The fully redesigned 2019 RAV4 is a compact SUV featuring additional power and fuel economy this year. The RAV4 is now available in five trims. This vehicle seats 5 and notably includes many driver assistance technology features. The RAV4 features a 203-horsepower four-cylinder engine, allowing for a combined EPA-estimated 30 miles per gallon.

Quality Interior

The 2019 RAV4 shows an improvement in interior quality. The vehicle has a sleek and clean cabin that comes standard with the Entune™ infotainment system 7-inch touch screen, Bluetooth®, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and a six-speaker audio system. The Toyota Entune™ system is a cut above the rest, with an intuitive interface and responsive touchscreen display.



Toyota unveiled its Safety Sense suite of driver assistance technology, and the 2019 RAV4 showcases many of these features. This vehicle comes standard with a rearview camera, forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition, and driver drowsiness monitoring.


The 2019 RAV4 has received an 8.5/10 overall score from U.S. News and World Report. While the 2019 scores will be out later this year, in 2018, Toyota received 3 J.D. Power awards for quality and dependability. With the host of safety features and new redesign, it is likely that the 2019 RAV4 will continue to score highly.
