The 2019 Toyota 4Runner impresses through a 4.0-liter Dual Overhead Cam 24-valve V6 with Variable Valve Timing with intelligence. This motor produces 270 hp and 278 lb.-ft. of torque. Using the 5-speed Electronically Controlled automatic Transmission with intelligence produces an EPA-estimated 20 MPG on the highway.
